ANCLA Logistik GmbH was founded in Darmstadt in 2006, making it one of the most experienced providers of fulfillment and contract logistics in Germany. Under the “PackAngels” brand, the owner-managed company offers a portfolio specially tailored to the needs of fast-growing e-commerce shops. ANCLA Logistik GmbH and its PackAngels have been based in Wetzlar since 2019. Here, in the immediate vicinity of the Frankfurt am Main metropolis, small and larger online shops will find 25,000 m² of storage space that grows with them, the ANCLA customs agency with its own bonded warehouse and the entire customer support team under one roof. Customers thus have direct access to their goods at all times and always have a contact person on site.
Process efficiency and flexibility are the PackAngels’ top priorities. But because it’s the finer details that determine the perfect e-commerce experience, logistics is made by people here: PackAngels store, pick, pack and ship exactly according to their customers’ specifications and with attention to detail. It only takes a few minutes to connect new online shops to the warehouse management system and provide real-time key figures on orders, returns, stock and incoming goods.
