Incoming goods

What arrives with us is checked by us. And without exception. We compare the quantity and quality with the delivery note, scan the EAN barcodes and, in particular, check boxes with fragile items for visible and audible damage. And for goods from areas subject to customs duties, we can take care of customs clearance on request.

Commissioning

Well-trained PackAngel teams share the process of picking and packing. Because short distances ensure fast implementation, the picking station is located in the immediate vicinity of our packing stations. From here, our PackAngels collect the items from the warehouse and assemble your customers’ various orders.

Packaging

All items arriving at the Packstation are first scanned and assigned to individual orders. Then the delivery note and the parcel label are added. Whether with tissue paper, inserted flyers, stickers or special filling material – our PackAngels assemble your parcels exactly according to your wishes.

Outgoing goods

We sort the finished parcels by destination country and carrier on pallets or shipping collis. All shipping service providers commissioned by us collect shipments from us daily. Thanks to our central location in Germany, next-day delivery is possible without any problems, so your customers can rely on short delivery times.
